Rental Terms

The property is available under the following rental options:

Long-Term Lease:
A 12-month rental period at a rate of R22,000.00 per month.

Short-Term Lease (Seasonal):
Available from December to February at a rate of R35,000.00 per month.

All rental rates exclude utilities unless otherwise agreed in writing.
